SATURDAYS & FESTIVALS located on High Street. An upmarket extravaganza of the weird and wonderful, with local makers, street food, cool junk, vintage, & rare finds. handcrafted, unique and unusual products.
Traders: There is limited availability within the location of the High Street which is Worcester’s prime shopping area. There are two prices and sizes of stalls 3m x 2m stalls are £40 per day, and 3m x 3m stalls £45 per day, all include pop-up canopies and counters. *Please note that all traders are required to carry their own public liability insurance cover as is standard for working in a public place on an open market.

ALL traders must have up to date public liability insurance cover on all markets, (temporary cover can be arranged for non-regular market traders for an extra charge of £5.00 per day, for up to 4 trading days). *All traders using their own insurance must provide a photocopy of the certificate. N.B. LSD Promotions (the company) and company staff are not liable for personal injury, damage to traders stock or equipment however caused.
SUNDAYS: Worcester Sunday market – located on the High Street, every Sunday 10am to 4.30pm. (NB. apart from five weeks in the summer when it moves to Riverside from 31/07.16 to 28/08/16 inc) Traders selling food, art, crafts, vintage, antique, retro, and unusual goods are all welcome. £30 for a 3m x 2m pop up stall.
£35 for a 3m x 3m pop up stall.
£45 for a 4m x 3m pop up stall inc two tables and two selling sides.
One counter, one back sheet, and one side sheet are supplied with each standard stall. A corner or extra table can be provided for an extra £5 however, this MUST BE booked in advance – do not ask for any extra facilities on the day of the market.
*N.B. Regular positions can only be secured by paying one week’s rent up-front. If you have not paid one week’s rent in advance you are not entitled to a specific position, but we will accommodate you in an available pitch.
ANGEL PLACE: General Markets are held in Angel Place in the heart of the city’s main shopping area, every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (Vintage Antique & Collectible stalls welcome), and Saturday from 9am to 4.30pm. *Regular traders rent is currently £20 per 3m frontage on Wednesday, Thursday & Fridays, and £30 on a Saturday *N.B. Regular traders that require multiple stalls please see below.
- Wed/Thursday/Friday £20 per stall. Extra stalls priced at £17.50 each. (3m frontage)
- Saturday £30 per stall. Extra stalls priced at £27.50 each. (3m frontage)
Regular traders will continue to hold two weeks’ holiday per annum for each day that they trade as previously agreed, of which must be booked one week in advance. Further absences will incur arrears on the pitch which will need to be cleared before recommencing trading. If a suitable arrangement of payment of the arrears is not made, the pitch may be forfeited and reallocated. If this is unclear, please speak to the manager who will go through it with you.
From the 12th April Casual traders will be subject to the following rents:
- Wed/Thursday/Friday £22 per stall. Extra stalls priced at £22 each (3m frontage)
- Saturday £32 per stall. Extra stalls priced at £32 each. (3m frontage)
New branded top quality purpose-built stall equipment are provided consisting of a range of 3m x 2m and 3m x 3m pop-up marquee stalls which include side and back sheets, 8ft (2.43m) x 4ft (1.21m) separate counters (if required) and low energy lighting. **SEE BELOW, SPECIAL DISCOUNTED OFFER** For traders that are new to Angel Place. FESTIVAL MARKETS: Themed *Two-Day Festival Markets take place in the High Street, normally at Easter, Spring, Summer, Harvest, & October – two size stalls are available, with canopies, and counters. You may book both days, or individual dates – all markets take place on Fridays or Saturdays. Dates for 2017 are: MARCHFEST (replacing Easter) Fri/Sat 24th/25th March. SPRINGFEST Fri/Sat 5th/6th May. SUMMERFEST Fri/Sat 7th/8th July. HARVESTFEST. Fri/Sat 29th/30th September. OCTOBERFEST Fri/Sat 27th/28th October. To download a booing form – see left hand menu. BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY MARKETS – Riverside: Held on The Quay, Worcester WR1 2JJ. Open Every Bank Holiday from 10am to 4pm. A rambling mix alongside the river with traders selling a wide variety of goods of every description. All trades are welcome to apply, new goods, nearly new, second time around, art, craft, ethnic, vintage, antique, retro, bohemian, books, toys, street food, fairtrade, continental, home made, fashion designers, sculptors, glass makers, collectibles, pocket money stalls, bog standard and unusual goods – all welcome! 3m pop-up stalls are provided price £35 per stall. Dates for 2017 are Easter Monday 17th April, May Bank Holiday Mon 1st May, Spring Bank Holiday Mon 29th May, August Bank Holiday Mon 28th Aug.
