Updated: Tuesday 5th January 2021
In line with the National Lockdown in England, all of our outdoor street markets are currently closed until further notice.
The Market Drayton Indoor Market Hall will be open every Wednesday and Saturday for essential Goods only.
There will be essential good traders in Tamworth, Stratford upon Avon and Worcester selling under the jurisdiction of the local council. Trading days will depend and we recommend you check the council website.
Our head office will remain open; however our team are working from home, therefore phone lines are currently closed until further notice.
To make contact with our head office, please email customerservice@lsdpromotions.com. Please allow up to 3 working days for a response at this time.
Before returning to trading, please ensure you have completed a COVID secure risk assessment, that you keep on your stall at all times.
LSD Promotions and Environmental health will ask to see this on a regular basis. You can download a form from the COVID19 page.
We are encouraging all our traders to wear face coverings during trading hours.
How are you making the markets Covid-19 secure?
Please view 'Our plan to Rebuild - Making our Market Safe' document below in the 'Downloads' Section.
How do I make my business Covid-19 secure?
We cannot instruct you on how to make your business COVID secure, as this as you have noticed with the shops, is at your own personal discretion. It must be down to the individual stall holder to assess what they think is the safest option or what type of measures to take to minimise this.
We as the market operator, will not be making screens mandatory or the quarantining of stock, but we support your right to do this if you feel it is necessary for your own business.
We have provided you with a risk assessment template which you can download from the website here. Please be aware that Risk assessments are mandatory on all markets operated by LSD Promotions for the foreseeable future. We do not require a copy at head office but you MUST keep this on your stall at all times, for random inspection from LSD Promotions or EHO. Please be aware, the only risk to manage on this assessment is to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
What happens if an event I have paid for is cancelled as a direct result of COVID-19?
If an event is cancelled as a direct result of the outbreak of COVID-19, you are able to roll the pitch fees paid as credit against any LSD event we operate in the future or request a refund.
Moving forward in a positive manner.
We are working hard alongside our local authority partners, to combat the situation we all find ourselves in, and as we make sound, safe and sensible decisions. We are currently inundated with email requests from traders in need of answers in an ever-changing situation, that we are all facing together for the first time. Please bear with us as we continue to serve you, as best possible, in new and challenging circumstances.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and custom during a difficult and unprecedented period which we trust will be resolved in the shortest time possible.
