We are delighted to announce that trader applications are now open for the Himley Fireworks Event 2026, taking place this November at Himley Hall & Park, Dudley.

2026 marks a very special milestone – celebrating 50 years of this iconic event, firmly established as one of the UK’s largest and most spectacular local authority-run fireworks displays.

LSD Promotions are proud to once again be working in partnership with Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council to deliver and manage the trading element of this landmark event.

Set within the stunning 180-acre grounds of Himley Hall, this event attracts tens of thousands of visitors each year, with attendance regularly exceeding 20,000 people across the evening. 

The event is widely recognised as the largest council-run fireworks display in the UK, featuring a 30-minute choreographed fireworks show set to music, alongside a full programme of entertainment. 

Visitors can expect:

• A large-scale, music-synchronised fireworks spectacular 
• Giant funfair and live entertainment 
• Night market and street food offering 
• Large screens and themed production elements 
• Premium viewing experiences and hospitality areas

This is a high-intensity, high-footfall trading environment, with demand concentrated over a short evening trading window.

We are seeking a strong and diverse mix of:

• High-quality hot food and drink traders 
• Street food and international cuisine 
• Artisan food producers 
• Selected retail and speciality stalls (limited availability) 

Our aim is to curate a vibrant and varied trader line-up that reflects the scale and energy of the event.

• Footfall is extremely high and fast-paced – this event is best suited to experienced, high-capacity traders 
• Power is limited within the main arena (details provided upon acceptance) 
• Alcohol sales are restricted to designated areas only 
• All traders will be selected to ensure balance and quality across the event
